Palmolive Fresh Sponge from Influenster!!

I was recently sent this product from Influenster to test out and try. It is a new dish soap from Palmolive that claims to keep your dishes fresh as well as the sponge they send with it! I have used it three times so far and I am inlove with it!! It lathers up so nicely and the smell is so amazing! It is a very nice melon/citrus smell that I just can't get enough of! The smell lingers even after my dishes are done and my kitchen smells so nice. So I am excited to keep trying this product out and am really loving it so far. Thank you Influenster!

Go to http://www.influenster.com/ to register and you could qualify to test out new products as well! It is completely 100% FREE!!!

New Nail Station & Nail Supply Storage Idea!

I recently watched a fellow youtubers video on their nail area they had in their makeup room to do their nails. I was inspired to create an area like that in my makeup studio as well because most of the time I have no place to sit and do my nails, I'm either sitting at the kitchen table or on the couch in our livingroom and both places are not only not the best for application but I am also disturbed alot. So, now I have a little place where I can enjoy doing my nails without being disturbed.

Also, just wanted to share a little idea/tip with you all about how to store your nail supplies. If you will notice the first picture is a picture of a jewerly organizer which I have plenty of in my makeup room already storing my jewerly and I must say they have made my life so much easier since I have gotten them (thanks to my friend Sharlene!), however I had one extra that I wasn't using so when I was making my nail station area I needed a place to store my nail supplies because the drawers in the dresser that I am using for my nail station aren't reliable at all and can't be used. I thought I would try out the jewerly organizer and it works perfect! Now I can see all of my stuff, it is easy to hang so it won't be in the way and it is really a nice clean easy access way to get to my nail supplies now. So if you have any old jewerly organizers like this you might want to pull them out even if you don't need them for nail supplies they would be perfect for so much more than just organizing your jewerly!

FAB FIND #1: Vernis Classique Cherimoya Nailpolishes!

I found these polishes at my King Dollar store here in Texas. They were $1.09 a bottle. They had so many different color choices there, but here are the six bottles I got. I havent had the chance to use them yet, but I did swatch them and they are pretty opaque polishes! The only ones that weren't that opaque of course are the glitters with the exception of the purple glitter and that one is really opaque! The formula of each polish is really nice as well, not to goopy which I hate and not watery at all, just perfect! I can't wait to play around with these on my next manicure!!

Bling Nails.....

All I did to get these nails was first I polished them with Revlon polish in the color NO SHRINKING VIOLET. Then I just took some jewels that I had gotten from Hobby Lobby, the ones you normally buy to bling out cell phone covers, and I took my nail super glue and glued them to my nails. Then I finished them off with Seche Vite top coat. You wanna make sure you use a thick top coat so it will help hold them on even more. I have had these on now for two weeks and have not lost one single gem off of them.

ELF Mineral Pigment Swatches

I recently did a elf haul and in that haul I had some of the elf mineral pigments. The lighting was off in my video so thought I would swatch them and put them here for anyone interested in seeing that they actually look like.

I love these pigments and would highly recommend them!

THESE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN IN NATURAL LIGHT WITH NO FLASH AND NO BASE OR PRIMER!

Will You Be My Valentine? Vanity Lights!!

Okay, because it's almost Valentine's Day and because I wanted to give you guys the heads up on this before they didn't have them there anymore, I am doing a blog post on my lights that I got for my vanity. This sort of thing may or may not be your cup of tea but for those of you who do like these types of things then this is for you.

Walgreens has these heart lights right now for $7.99. They are so pretty! Baby pink and very girlie. Some Walgreens may even have a red version of these same lights but mine did not. I would have still gotten the pink ones even if they had though. Here are some pictures of them on my vanity.
