Apple Cider Vinegar for Weightloss?

Okay so I have heard about this alot over the past year, I even went and bought a bottle but have yet to get brave enough to try it. Today I watched a video by PlusSizeKimonica, I recommend you check her out, she is amazing. She was talking about her apple cider vinegar pills she was taking and how they have pretty much killed her appetite and helped big time with her cravings. I have been doing some research on it and not only is apple cider vinegar used for weight loss but is is also has many many other health benefits! Lowering blood sugar and the bad cholesterol, removing toxins from your body, getting rid of heartburn, fighting cancer and much more! I will link a couple articles at the bottom of this post that will tell you more about it. It really sounds like an amazing thing to be taking on a daily basis.

So let's get back to the weight loss part of it. So how does this work? Well, studies have claimed that it helps balance the body's PH level and helps to speed up your metabolism. Your supposed to take two teaspoons added to one 16 ounce glass of water 3 times a day, an hour before each meal. Alot of people are claiming it works and one man even claimed he has lost 17 pounds in three weeks. Now I know that everyone is different and our bodies react to things differently but if I could loose just half of what he lost in that time I would be a happy I really do think that in the morning before breakfast, I'm going to try it. I know it's going to taste pretty bad but people also claim that after a few weeks your body gets adjusted to it and it starts tasting like apple juice, that's hard for me to believe but ya never know unless you have tried right?
